We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked—for a full refund (minus shipping charges).

How to Request a Return:

  2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Simply print the label, attach it to the original padded envelope, and drop it off at any postal box.

Please Note:

  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • If your jewelry or package arrives damaged, do not accept it and contact our Customer Service at +1 816-597-5773 within 7 days of delivery.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Reach out to your bank—processing times may vary.
